Starting with a net order value of 250.00 € we deliver free of charge within Germany (does not apply for express delivery).
Outside Germany, we deliver free of charge starting with a net order value of 500.00 € (again, not for express delivery).

When choosing payment in advance or Sofortüberweisung/DIRECTebanking, we will grant you a discount of 2% on the value of your ordered goods.
There is also the option to purchase on account, limited to a value of EUR 1,000.00 (Germany only). The invoice amount becomes due after 14 days.

We sell and deliver only to the shipping regions stated in the table above.

Products that we have on stock are ready for delivery within 24h. Standard Delivery needs 1-3 days within Germany, in Europe delivery time depends on region and distancees.
With scheduled Express Delivery, which is only offered for customers in Germany, goods will reach the customer on the next day if ordered before 1:00 PM. Ordering AM is recommended if you need to receive your Express delivery the next morning before scheduled time.
Express delivery outside Germany will be next-day service for most business addresses in Europe.
Please find the estimated delivery time of any product that is not currently on stock on the respective product page. In case there is no explicitly stated delivery time, we will generally deliver your goods before 30 days past order confirmation.
