Shipping
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the delivered goods as well as on the region they will be shipped to, and will be communicated to you clearly before you submit your order.

A transport insurance for up to 500.00 € is included in the shipping cost.

Starting with a net order value of 250.00 € we deliver free of charge (not in express delivery).

Payment Methods
Your order can be paid via payment in advance, cash on delivery or "Sofortüberweisung.de / DIRECTebanking.com".

When choosing one of these payment methods we will grant you a discount of 2% on the value of your ordered goods.

There is also the option to purchase on account, limited to a value of EUR 1,000.00 (Germany only). The invoice amount becomes due after 14 days.

Information about the currently available payment options will be given when chosing between them before submission of your order.

Delivery
We sell and deliver only to the shipping regions stated in the table above.

Products that we have on stock are ready for delivery within 24h. Standard Delivery needs 1-3 days within Germany, in Europe delivery time depends on region and distancees.

With Express Delivery, which is only offered for customers in Germany, goods will reach the customer on the next day if ordered before 1:00 PM. Ordering AM is recommended if you need to receive your Express delivery the next morning.

Please find the estimated delivery time of any product that is not currently on stock on the respective product page. In case there is no explicitly stated delivery time, we will generally deliver your goods before 30 days past order confirmation.
