This is a special tip that will be plugged on the In-Adapter Ferrule Cleaner SC/FC/ST for cleaning of connectors with exposed ferrules (e.g. like a patch cable connector).

The tap consists of a brass tube that fits exactly for a 2.5 mm ferrule.

It is mounted onto the cleaner front and provides a guide for the connector ferrule for cleaning purpose.
