All prices given in this online shop are net and will be charged with additional V.A.T.

Outside EU, or if you let us know your V.A.T. ID, we can deliver without V.A.T. (not applicable for Germany).

Shipping
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the delivered goods as well as on the region they will be shipped to, and will be communicated to you clearly before you submit your order.

Starting with a net order value of 250,00 € we deliver free of charge within Germany (does not apply for express delivery).

Outside Germany, we deliver free of charge starting with a net order value of 500,00 € (again, not for express delivery).

The following table describes our standard shipping costs for shipping in a single delivery; if you desire a specific type of shipment which leads to higher costs, or if you wish partial or advance deliveries, we will have to charge the additional costs as well.

Payment Methods
Your order can be paid via payment in advance, cash on delivery, SOFORT Banking, credit card or PayPal.

When choosing payment in advance or SOFORT Banking, we will grant you a discount of 2% on the value of your ordered goods.

When choosing PayPal, we will have to charge in regions 0-3 0.9%, in regions 4-5 2.9% on the value of your ordered goods.

There is also the option to purchase on account, limited to a value of EUR 2,000.00 (Germany only). The invoice amount becomes due after 14 days.

Information about the currently available payment options will be given when chosing between them before submission of your order.

Delivery
We sell and deliver only to the shipping regions stated in the table above.

Products that we have on stock are ready for delivery within 24h. Standard Delivery needs 1-3 days within Germany, in Europe delivery time depends on region and distances.

With scheduled Express Delivery, which is only offered for customers in Germany, goods will reach the customer on the next business day if ordered before 4:00 PM.

Express Delivery outside Germany will be next-day service for most business addresses in Europe if ordered before 4:00 PM.

In case of a pre-payment order, any delivery will be delayed until receipt of payment.

Please find the estimated delivery time of any product that is not currently on stock on the respective product page. In case there is no explicitly stated delivery time, we will generally deliver your goods before 30 days past order confirmation.
