Fiber splicer, 6 motors, 3 axes

Equipped with 6 motors, the splicer enables you to make fiber optic connections with the best values with its core-to-core centring and colour touch screen and many automatic functions. It has an industrial Qaud core CPU with 30% energy saving. Splices can be made with singlemode fibers as well as with multimode fibers. The fiber type is determined automatically.

The 5200mAh battery allows more than 250 splicing processes with one charge, each taking about 25 seconds for heating and splicing.

The splicer can process fibers of 250µm / 0.9mm / 2.0mm and 3.0mm.

Typical values to be achieved are for Insertion Loss (IL) Singlemode (G.652) 0,02db, Multimode (G.651) 0,01db and Multimode (G.653 to G.657) 0,04db and Return Loss (RL) >60db.
The unit comes with a lot of accessories in a sturdy plastic case, including a cleaver for breaking fibers, a stripper and a drop cable stripper, spare electrodes, power supply, carrying strap and charger.

The manual is supplied on an USB stick.
