Description
This QSFP+ BIDI is a transceiver module for 40Gbps and is compliant to the QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3ba standard. It integrates four electrical data lanes in each direction for transmission over one LC duplex fiber optical cable.
The transceiver internally multiplexes an XLPPI 4x10G interface into two 20G electrical channels, transmitting and receiving each over one multimode simplex LC fiber using bi-directional optics. This results in a bandwith of 40G into a duplex LC cable.
The module is equipped with a LC duplex connector.
